A white slice I don’t hate, at NY Pizza Suprema

NY Pizza Suprema’s white slice with a bunch of condiments added. I never feel bad about using condiments after Slice Harvester Colin Hagendorf told me he does the same, and I often think of him when I shake on black pepper in particular.

This is NY Pizza Suprema’s white slice with garlic ($5). If you’ve followed me on digital a while, you know I’m not a huge fan of white slices with lots of ricotta. Too heavy.

But I had this slice for lunch today and I did not hate it. The key? The crust was paper thin.

Not surprising that Suprema would also make a white slice I like. The quality here is consistently high across all different toppings and slice styles. It was Slice Harvester’s top choice when he visited all the slice joints in Manhattan a number of years ago.

If you haven’t been, go. I strongly recommend Suprema.
